Has anybody bought and watched the DVD's that are listed on the Big Bob Gibson website? "How to BBQ xxx with Chris Lilly" Are these geared towards backyarders or competitors?
It does say that there may be "minor differences" from how the competition team cooks, which I would expect but it is still says this is how his teams cooks. For only $20/DVD, was wondering if this is a good investment vs. the expense of a full blown competition class?
