I been wanting beef short ribs so long now. It's like I can almost see them laying here on the smoker. Weird huh?

I was out side a while ago at night meditating. I looked up at the half moon and took this picture. What do you see?

They got finished off before I took any. I just pulled the butts, foiled and packed warm towels around them. Pictures later of them and pulling and slicing in the morning.
