Default Breast of Lamb

Do any of you guys have experience cooking breast of lamb? It looks like lamb brisket (much smaller than beef brisket) and it is kind of fatty. Two ideas come to mind....

Cure it and make lamb bacon

Rub it and do it like brisket, but with an orange marmalade based BBQ sauce.

Someone educate me!

Brinkman water smokers (elec and charcoal)
Weber kettle grill
Uniflame Gold Stainless 5 burner propane grill / rotisserie
BBQ Grillware upright propane water smoker
A trench filled with wood coals and covered with chain link fence
