I just put 3 on the WSM

Now what?

How long?

Will they be ready at noon?

Help!
 
how hot? mine seem to take 2-1/2 to 3 hours, but I usually stay under 300 pit temp.
 
Yep. The last one I did was 8 lbs and it took about 2 1/2 hours at 275.

Nice to see you cooking, Bill! I hope Thanksgiving is a peaceful one at your house :-D
 
Set an extra couple of places, Bill. We will be over around noon.
 
What size breasts and what temp are you cooking at?
 
I egged mine at 350* in a couple of hours. I'm glad your cookin!
