I searched and didn't find anything on this topic so here's the question.
I'm starting my mobile concession trailer on July 8th. I'll be setting up in the local grocery store's parking lot and selling from there. The owner has avoided any talk of me paying rent (it's a small town and he's my neighbor).
I'm thinking I want to have a contract drawn up with a concrete number so he can't come back on me at a later date and suddenly want to charge an astronomical amount or something like that. I really don't think he'd do it but you never know.
So I was wondering if anyone else has a lease/rental agreement for setting up a mobile concession trailer.
