Yes sir!
It's very marbled and stays very juicy compaired to your "normal" pork.
I call it the wagyu under the pork.
For a whole rack I pay about 50 euros.

I've only made/ate it once this year.
Iberico and Berkshire are piggies from the top shelf.:cool:
