$2.68\lb is the best I've seen at Lowes Foods besides the $1.99\lb deal at Publix.

Most of the rib deals that I see at Publix or Bi-Lo are previously frozen, if that matters to anyone. I will still buy mine at Costco.

Picked up St. Louis ribs at Publix 1.99 # really nice ribs. Sticker on package says fresh all natural never frozen.
