Decided to try a batch of scotch eggs for the first time.

I hard boiled some eggs, peeled them, and then wrapped them in some of my homemade breakfast sausage.

Then, I set up the assembly line of egg, flour, and bread crumbs.

Fired up the kettle and boiled some oil to deep fry the scotch eggs in

Fried the eggs for about 7-8 minutes, pulled, cut, and served. Super easy and super tasty.

And my entry shot for the "Breaded" throwdown going on.

Aww son!!! I had these for the first time back in November on a fishing trip for breakfast and they were killer. Yet to fix them but would like to try.

Well done! I don't know if I've ever seen anyone boil oil on a charcoal grill before? I guess you just keep an eye on it.

I was going to use my turkey fryer but I wanted to make sure I followed the TD rules. I wasn't sure if the turkey fryer was allowed. The kettle worked just fine though.
