Breaded and Smoked Chicken Cordon Bleu...Throw Down

Very nice, breading on a grill/smoker requires a delicate touch...I'd eat several slices!

What picture, breaded, multiple sliced or single slice would be good?
 
I say one of the sliced. It shows off the juices, but then again I'm one of the few proud owners of an epic penta zero in a Throwdown!

That sounds and looks fabulous. I have only done batterless bleu on the Barbee. That I will deffinitley try. Cordon Bleu is one of my wife's special occasion favorites.:thumb:
 
Toss up for the photo. The breaded cooked shot is a great photo but the sliced shows off how perfectly the chicken is cooked. I think either one would work.
