If you have to ask this question, I would wonder if you can even legally do what it is you're asking about.

I always hesitate to answer such elementary questions...if you don't know how to conduct business, have you even taken the first steps of contacting your local health department? Do you know how you need to be set up to vend or cater? Do you have all of your licenses? Have you set up a Corp? An LLC?

Not to bust your nuts or anything...

Oh & by-the-way...if you buy & sell at the numbers you listed above, don't go into the restaurant business. You'll starve within a month.
