1. Have you seen the "public tasting" ticket thing done before? If you buy the tasting ticket do you end up sampling actual Q put out by the comp teams or is it something else? I thought that health code requirements usually put the kibosh on selling competition food to the public.

2. What are y'all gonna cook for the special "dessert" category?

We have had PC or Taste ofBBQ Sales for a long while
If you are at a booth during a particular turn in time
Odds are you will score some BBQ that COULD have gone in the turn in box
But didn't make the cut

Yes right Sterling many would not want to be asked
Especially those located in the not partispating in taste areas

As I recall the teams doing the public tastings had crews in place to handle the public
And were located in high traffic areas at this well organized event

Guests will learn quickly many back row, out of the traffic flow
teams are not set up the handle PC
Especially during turn in times
