You may have been kidding, but just in case, a stuffed pork belly isn't a fatty. A fatty is made from a breakfast sausage log.

Sure, but lots of folks these days are not exposed to the glorious history of the fatty and it's origins, despite your best efforts, and are making their stuffed "fatties" with ground beef, Italian sausage, etc... :becky:
