Made some rub.

Rubbed them down.

Ready for the Boss Hogg- Shirley Fabrication- purring right along at 275 with some cherry splits.

4 hours in,first peak. Looking pretty good.

All pulled after a cook of 8 hours and 4 hour rest in cooler.
