Man I can't wait for my party G2 December 17th is the birth date. The one pic of the chubby looks a lot longer than I expected can't wait.

That party is going to be amazing. I never understood why you would build a smoker in the first place that you couldnt use a pan or full length racks of ribs. If I were to create a insulated vertical from scratch, it would be based on pans. 1-2-3 wide, however many tall as you need.
