+1 on the cheap Cajun injectors for brisket and birds. Buy the bottle and get one free and available in any store.
For butts, nothing beats the high pressure brine pump from F. Dick. (You can get one from Myron's store) It ain't cheap, but you can make giant pork footballs with that tool.
