All night Butts w/ Mac & Cheese !!

Two 10# Butts went on at midnight. Low and slow on the WSM. 7 hours later wrapped in foil with Apple juice when they stalled at 170*. 5 hours later they hit 205*. Pulled them and rested in cooler for 4 hours. Wife made her famous Mac&Cheese. I love Cheap Butts (.99 lb). Plenty of left overs !!!!
