Hello to Y'all,
I'm coming to you from Los Angeles, Ca. North Hollywood to be exact.
Always though I was BBQ'n on my Weber, now it's time to learn how to make the real deal.
I just got my Barrel, So now it is time to build it and learn.
I love the New York Jets, The wife and I got a couple hogs we putt around on.
I'm Originally from San Jose, CA.
I have always smoked, But know is the time to learn how to smoke meat.
I ask lots of questions, and I'm extremely ignorant about all things BBQ. The only thing I do know about BBQ is I Love to Eat it. So I'm here to learn all about it.
