This past weekend Simply Marvelous BBQ made the trip to Reno, NV for the Sam's Club event, and came home with this

Steph's brisket received the 3rd highest score generated from Table 646 during the entire event. This was not a high-scoring table, which makes his result even more impressive.

At this class, you will learn from one of the best!

If someone can't make the Friday portion would they be able to do Saturday and be able to catch up on the previous days knowledge?

Yes, Friday night is short and instead of taking a break on Saturday; I will fill you in on what was missed.

What's better than a 2nd place brisket in a deep 30-team field?

How about this against 76 other teams?

The class is selling very quickly, and after Steph's results this past weekend, I'm expecting it to fill up soon. Register here
