Well we started off the end of the 2012 season cooking a few comps on 3 drum smokers which worked well for us and got us hooked. Last season invested in the Backwoods Party G2 which has been great. For this season, really took the plunge and designed a trailer for comp needs and had it built.

Consists of plenty of storage in the front and under countertops, Backwoods rolls right into place using removable C Channel tracks, remote controlled winch powered Santa Maria grill (really lazy!!), middle cut out that fits EZ Ups, tables and ice chests, lockable toolbox with drawers to store utensils/knifes/etc. as well as a sink (utilize our Coleman HWOD System) with clean/gray water tanks underneath the Kings Starboard countertops.

Looking forward to dirtying it up!!

Fantastic... Pirates of the Pig will have one of the best looking trailers at any comp you cook at

Thanks fellas for the comments!!

Thanks again!! Was that just a lucky guess on the team name based on logo or have we been at the same comp??

Cool stuff. Buy a 10x20 car port now and set it up over the trailer

Looks great!! Love all the prep space! But a little curious y only one sink? most comps and to vend(in Alaska) you need 3 for dishes and one for hands.

Thanks! In order to fit 4 decent sized sinks, we would have lost all the prep space. The one on the trailer is the hand wash sink and then we setup three bus tubs on a table for our dish washing station. That setup is allowed here in CA.

That's going to cut setup and tear down to a minimum so you can focus on the meat! Looks awesome.

And yes...at our first comp we were both setup and packed up in no time. Great benefit is no unloading anything after a long day out q'in once we get home. Just park it!!
