Jimmy Dean 1 lb regular sausage, dusted with your favorite rub and cooked at about 250 to IT of 165. Then slice and eat. Or, we like them sliced and crusted in a hot skillet. I was uninitiated until I read about them here. Made me wonder what else I had been missing for most of my life...
