I remember seeing a device that looks like a cone. You can set it in the OTG and pile charcoal around the outside and place the chicken inside for a roasting style effect, you can also place it upside down and put briquets inside it and use it for a wicked sear on steaks over the center or place wings around the outside for an indirect cook.
I cannot find it anywhere. Does anyone know what I am talking about? Or am I just babbling?
