Oakridge Dominator
Cabela's KC rub
Rada Cutlery bbq seasoning
Weber KC bbq rub (my wifey's favorite)
Cabela's Babyback rib rub or
Cabela's Sweet rib rub?

Anyone ever try any of these?

I've used the Dominator and like it. The wifey likes the Weber rub the best. The other 4 I've never used. Anyone else use them before?

I've never used any of those, but if you're smart enough to smoke ribs and to type this thread, I'd try to be smart enough to use the Weber rub. It has to do with a sweet home life.

Good luck.

I'd use the Weber on one rack for the wife and take three racks and try 3 of the rubs you haven't used before to see how you dig them.

Your going to like the Oakridge, I lightly salt before applying, Weber for the wife ( got to remember happy wife happy life) and after that it's a coin toss.

Weber for the wife, Dominator which you like as a 'control' and two new rubs as 'tests'. Sounds kind of scientific and sterile though. BBQ is supposed to be fun. Just let 'er rip is sometimes the best!

I've never tasted the Kabelas but I'm interested in them. If you use one please report back.

If those came from Costco, I think there are only 3 racks per pack.
I agree with the Dominator and the Weber.

I went with the Happy Wife Rub on 2 and the Dominator on 2. That finished off the Dominator rub and the Happy Wife rub was opened already.

Unfortunately, I'll have to go buy more ribs to try all these other rubs... :)

The ribs came from Sam's club in a 3 pack. There's a 4th rack in the background in the foil.

Also did cheese in the morning! I did some Cabot Seriously Sharp and a ball of Mozzarella cheese. I let them dry for an hour, used the amazing smoker tube w/hickory, let air dry for an hour w/paper towels on both sides and vacuum sealed them. In the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
