Need more rib tips

Normally when i trim my spare ribs i use the tips to make taco salads in the slow cooker with some green enchilada sauce. unfortunately for the party of 8 i have coming i have 2 spare ribs and 2 baby backs. i can make about 4 taco salads with the meat i have on hand.

if i were to go to the store to pick up some more meat which type or cut should i get to supplement the rib tips?

Country style pork ribs, if you can find them in NJ.

Our local stores carry rib tips as a separate item, check around.

Here in the Chicago area, you can buy them by the case at many supermarkets. Can't speak to other areas of the country. You could ask the meat dept. folks at Sams or Costco??

Or just pick up a rack of spares and have the meat guy slice them into strips perpendicular across the bones. Rib tips.
