JimDandysNYDan's German fatty thread a few weeks ago got me to thinking about a ruben fatty so I gave it a try tonight.
Johnsonville brats, kraut, swiss, and dressing.... pretty tasty..

The last pic looks a little gross, but I bet it tasted great.

WHY have I never thought to use brats for a fatty??!!! Now I will need to try not only the reuben stuffing, but also one with beer-stewed onions. There is a trip to Costco in my very near future...

Ron - you are correct - it did look kind of gross... but it tasted oh so good! Can't wait to have left overs tonight for dinner! (Oh yeah, I made 2:twisted:)
Smoked Turkey - I thought corned beef inside of a brat would be more than my heart could take...
