Smoker fried chops.

That looks delicious, but when Bob mentioned shake 'n bake, I just got the flavor in my mouth. Yum! Do they still make that? I haven't had any in 40 years! :hungry:

I think I want some chops now. :hungry:

Panko is magical for high heat cooks like this. I'll do this for somethings or use flour, panko, eggwash and more panko for smoker chicken.

I'm going to try this when I smoke my first ever fatty.
