Over here it's called a Spanish tortilla and it is basically potato and egg.
I added some of the Jerk marinade,onion,garlic,milk,salt,pepper.
Peppers are adjoema/habanero.
I ate the chicken with Pickapeppa sauce that I got from RedHeart a while ago.:thumb:

It turned out ok...but it also contained a smoked sweet tater which allready made the tortilla smokey.
Well...I just smoked the egg like normal,in the shell.
When I was going to peel off the shell I accidentally broke the egg white a bit and the egg yolk came rolling out.

Scotch bonnets and piment/allspice I think.
I used habanero instead of Scotch bonnet.
Maybe Phrasty can chime in since he lives in Jamaica.
