As I said in a previous post, given the success of SCL on the wings, and some Brethren advice, I used SCL on some tacos:

I didn't get any plated shots, but the SCL will be back.

Sorry, I know how y'all love seeing my expensive china... The natives put a rush on the serving line and by the time I had a beer (or two) they had pretty much killed any photogenic qualities that we're left. Kinda like the recent selfie Jeremy posted. Sorry Jeremy... well not really...

That'll work Kev, got a whole pound of SLC my last ORBBQ order. :wink:
 
Hell yea Kevin! I've used SLC solely for Mexican or Caribbean style dishes. It's da bomb as you already know. Incorporate SLC into some al pastor style tacos also. :nod:
