Call me crazy.. But Truthfully I love everything that comes off the pellet pooper.. I say probably my favorite cooks have come from it! I love feeding a fire and what not.. but its when I can take it easy that i enjoy the food better :p

Well now I want ribs. Great looking bones, Sako! And I hear ya on the Blues Hog/TN Red mix - my go-to for the sweet/tangy sauce type deal.
 
Have you done a hybrid? 2 hours in your stick burner and the rest in the pooper?
