What to cook on PBC?

Gotta ask the brethren.....Have a cook for the family on sunday for my dads 75th. There will be approx 16 including kids. What should I cook?

I just cooked baby backs yesterday so I kinda want to stay away from ribs. I have done a Boston Butt and chicken as well.

I'm thinking brisket but I have not done one on the PBC yet.

I like cooking chicken for guests since its some of the best they have ever had. I will usually do ribs as well since they only take about an hour or so longer. Other option is pork butt if you have the time. Mine usually takes longer than the PBC videos. Good luck!

Tri tip if you can get it turns out excellent on the PBC. So does pork tenderloin. Neither takes too long to get to 130ish and 145ish respectively.

Cook a bunch of fatties this week for apps. Then brisket and a few chickens and you'll be set.

Chicken will be easier for a crowd and less chance for error with the timing.
