Does someone make a better door for these???

Answer is yes. I bought a stainless door for my WSM several years ago. Can't remember the source. Google "WSM Stainless Door" and you'll see "Cajun Bandit" which may work for you. Wherever I got mine, it is a much better door than the original and greatly reduced leaks.

been thinking of getting one. But i put felt gasket around my door edges and have no problems with seals. So i'm not sure what the benefits are besides bling?

Yep. The CB Door is great. A LOT heavier than I expected. I got links for the door and the latch and a PDF file for installing the latch in the post in my signature...
