They did a great job last year. Looking forward to it again. Looks like it will be even larger this year. Athens is a great town.
 
I hate I am going to miss that one this year. The Atlanta BBQ Fest is the same weekend and I chose to be a little closer to home.
They had us Backyard teams set up in front of the classic center and the parade of drunk kids heading from the bars back to the apartments at 2:00 am was worth the price of admission.
 
We're sad we're missing this one too, but we'll be at the Motley Crue and Alice Cooper concert that Saturday...actually, I'm not that sad :).

Wanna B A Pitmaster will be there cooking at our first contest.

After having studied under the Semi-pro team Uncle Buds last year I am going at it sole now.
Hoping that I will be able to finish in the top 50%. If I can do this it will be a win in my book. :grin:
