I have been to busy to cook lately and haven't posted for a while. Starting off this weekend with Lamb, baked taters and pan fried okra. Tomorrow will be a fatty and on from there with brisket, pork butt, beef short ribs, hot wings. Might even do some hot links or stuffed bell peppers as I go. No TV dinners in my lunch next week!

I guess I should say how I cooked that lamb for my and others learning. I rinsed and dried it. Rubbed it with olive oil. Sprinkled a little Montreal steak seasoning and Rosemary on it. Smoked it indirect for about 15 minutes and then went direct for about 3 minutes a side. IT about 145 (higher than I might prefer but tolerable to the wife) It's simple and taste good. Got a better way, tell me.

Looks delicious!! Love your okra side dish too. One of my favorites!
