I've been lurking for about a month now, and decided it was time to come forth. We got Traeger pellet smoker this past May and love it. We've done chicken wings, thighs, breasts, turkey breast, pulled pork, many a pork and beef rib. Tons of ABT's - my fav. No brisket or MOINK's yet. We did a fattie (bacon explosion style), homemade pizza, and even chocolate chip cookies. Many more delicious dishes to come! :thumb:
