Trying something new. Got some deep water fresh Gulf shrimp and peeled and headed them.

Chopped up onions, bell peppers, asparagus and threw in some leftover snow peas.

Taters go on for awhile till soft, then add the veggies.

After they get happy I'll add the shrimp for a quick toss.

Nice!

Those shrimp look really good, nothing better than fresh seafood.

I'd be all over that in a heart beat! Excellent meal!!

Thanks! It was nice and something different. The taters, onions, peppers, asparagus and snow peas melded really well with the butter, olive oil and shrimp!

I did the shrimp thing tonight myself, and my wife is pretty creative when it comes to new "test" recipes. She cooked ours with squash and teriyaki sauce, and it was amazing. Sorry, I didn't think to take pics. It isn't all bad having meatless Fridays :-D

You had me at shrimp.

Wow! Great meal there!

Looks delicious, no matter where in the Liturgical Calendar we may find ourselves!

I always grill avocados now! It's great. Drizzle with EVOO, salt pepper spices etc. really good!

Great looking shrimps.
How long were they on?
Also does the avocado has to be soft or does it get soft on the grill?
