Premium Standard Pork

I just finished my first cook with Premium Standard Farms butts. All I can say is WOW! These were tender before cooking, but, when I took them off, I had to be careful they didn't fall apart on their own... They're not too done, just really nice. And I got them from a local place for $1.89/lb... I can also get spares by the case for a good price from the same guy, and he carries prime grade brisket I can get at under $2/lb. I love dealing with locals and getting good stuff!

If anyone's going to Nelsonville next month and would like me to pick up meat from this guy, if you trust me to bring it, let me know.
