People have been asking so here's the official post:
Windy City BBQ classic 2015 will be September 11&12.
Some big changes this year, by request of y'all.
KCBS Sanctioned comp (not official yet, but it will be soon)
No public sampling (restaurants) this year.
This allows us to expand the team field, the (ancellary) categories, and focus on growing the BBQ contest side of this.
We'll still have free beer/cocktails, music, and fun - but it'll all be for the teams.
Applications will be ready soon, up to 100 teams this year including sepetate skill levels.
