Great entries. I voted for Smokingitup, that melty cheese and the perfect color of the crust in that picture. I wish he would have had more details on the cook. Almost went with FWISmoker due to the details.

Sorry about that guys I should have taken more time to document the cook, I'll be sure to do that next time. But it's "chicken cordon bleu". It was just a basic recipe that you can find on Allrecipes but instead of frying throw it on the smoker.
