somebody shut me the fark up.
I doubt there is much new under the sun so this is probably well known somewhere, but it struck me as a new idea and I tried it.
The Fabulous One has declared it her new favourite breakfast!
Cook the mushroom face down after removing the stem.
Flip when tender and cook face up.
When you are a few minutes from done, crack the egg on top.
I used an egg ring. Add a tablespoon of water to the pan and put a lid on allowing the egg to steam.
I top mine with a little spicy pico de gallo and some spices, it get's me going in the mornings!
