ribs and a couple fattys tomorrow......will be 15 degrees when I'm starting them.....
 
I'm doing an unbrined spatchcocked turkey on my kettle at the moment. Also just pulled off my first naked fatty.
 
moinks, but with homemade balls....these were my best yet, and that's saying something. :wink:
