A good little dinner that's like something you might mix up together while camping...and cooked the same way over a fire. I don't even know this would have a name other than "hodge podge" I grilled up some Italian sausage over the fire, then sauteed up some onions, potatoes, brussels, mushrooms, garlic with some butter and mild spicy savory rub. Put a lid over the wok with the mixture so it would take on the good clean smoke the whole time. Really tasty cook for a camping style cook done at home. Sometimes I just want to throw something together that's different. :becky:
