I am looking for a dedicated grill. It could be either Propane or Charcoal based. I want something that can handle high temperature for searing steaks, cooking chicken and all kinds of chops. What say ye Brethren?

I have the Weber 22. I have the rotisserie for it and a "Kettlepizza" kit for it. As a grill, it is the best,IMO. Personally, I will never own a gas grill.

If you take Wiles Rd. west, there is a place on the south side just east of 120 ave that I often spend time drooling over the grills and BGEs. Even though I have a large BGE, I still drool.

The Weber summit gas grills with the sear station are really good. One of the best grills I've ever owned. Excellent grease management, rotisserie works great with the infrared burner. You don't have to buy the monster, I would assume the smaller ones work just as well.

I hear George Foreman makes a dandy grill.

Seriously though...Weber Kettle - whichever size fits your needs.

Weber kettle. Tried to deviate years ago to try what else was out there and came running back. Can't beat the Weber kettle.
