Made this last week.. or so.
Brought a few crawfish tails home from a recent trip south. Decided to make a sandwich with some of them.

That's it. My crawfish poboy, tatoe sticks and a cold beer to wash it down.

I ate so many crawfish and tatoe sticks while cooking, I couldn't eat the whole sandwich. It made a nice breakfast the next day. :-D

Thanks for looking!

Damn! You could put and restaurant on the Coast to shame with that poboy! Outstanding! :-D

I think I'd be able to eat a couple of those!

Great idea on the fries jeanie. :)

You didn't have an overcooked/dryness issue deep frying already cooked tail meat or did the soaking help them stay moist? I have several bags of tails in the freezer from a boil about 4 weeks ago. Usually I'll just add them to warm through at the last minute in whatever dish I'm making. Just curious as most seafood Po'Boys I make start with raw product. BTW, that sammie does look good.:-D

I so want Crawdads right now - Great Sammich neighbor!

Nice trick adding cornmeal to the tatoes.

Looks delicious Jeanie, is 6:30am to early to be craving a Po'boy and Beer? :becky:
