Burger Heaven

The wife and I went to a relatively new place in a nearby town called Backporch Draft house. I had a burger called the smoking gun! This thing was fan-pharking-tastic! It consisted of a grilled onion burger topped with shaved smoked ham, smoked cheddar, A1 mayo, sriracha ranch, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and crispy tortilla strips! As I sat there devouring this thing I had my thinker going on how to build this behemoth at home and even improve upon it! Can't wait to get started!

That thing sounds (and looks) bad-arse (but I'll skip the tortilla thingies... I'm just strange like that)! I just ate lunch, and I'd be wiling to try about 1/2 of one of those right about now.
