Green/red pepper and sweet onion stuffed mild country fatty. A rack of St Louis, and 2 chuckies. One for pulled beef for lunches and one for 3 hrs smoke then finish off in the Crockpot with taters and veggies!!!

Something so simple and full of flavor. Definetly will be experimenting with them.

Enjoying some pulled beef for lunch today. Sautéed some sweet onions last night and hit them with a little balsamic. Whipped up some horsey mayo real quick. Eatin guuuud today, and tomorrow!
