Default More pron...Dinner

Two small butts with SM cherry & sweet seduction the other has SM spicey apple and smoking guns sweet heat.

Pulled and ready to serve.

Plated with slider buns and sweet pickles. Needed the veggies in the salad.

I had help from my little buddy Max using the new Weston 2300 Vacuum Sealer. I should have bought one of these sooner. The sealer, not the kid.

(Insert new smoker here!), Weber WSM-22, Weber 26.75 OTG, Blue Weber Performer with gas assist, Pit Barrel Cooker, UDS with rotisserie, SJG mini-WSM, Weber Go Anywhere

That looks awesome. Nice vacuum sealer! Once you have one, you definitely wonder how you ever lived without one!
