That looks like a great set up. If I lived a little closer I would bring my plumbing skills and do your gas line for a meal!!!

I really enjoy it honestly! I have a lot to learn though as I had zero experience with any charcoal based grilling and honestly it is a very different beast imo.
 
SSV3 did you catch the SS cover I made for the blackstone? Deciding if I want to install some handles on the top.

If that is the poor man's setup then man what does that make me? I just have patio stones laid out in the yard with a pop up tent. Now jut stones thanks to a windstorm.
