Knows what a fatty is.
I dont have a clue what to do, so I tried 2 different versions this weekend. I cooked a ton for different people, but kept the throwdown high on my list.
1st I had 2 chuck roasts for smoking and slicing.
I cooked all day and was more worried with finishing and eating then plating neat and taking a good photo! LOL
So today, I went out and grabbed a couple chuck eyes and threw them on my new cowboy/santa maria/firepit!
Made some fried rice, tomato salad, candy carrots, and a homemade yum yum sauce to finish!
It was a rough weekend with cooking 10 butts, whole pork loin, 2 chucky's, 5 pounds of jerky, lots of sides, and dessert's!
Its always worth it when people say that was great or thanks!
