I picked up a few new rubs and figured I'd give them a shot today.
I know it's been around a while but I've never tried it, bad Byrons butt rub. Also picked up 2 products from everglades, the everglades heat and the cactus dust. While I was out, I stumbled across a half rack of baby backs and a piece of a brisket flat. I used the bad byrons on the ribs, dusted with everglades heat toward the end. Cactus dust and everglades heat on the brisket. All came out great on the weber kettle. Ran it hot, about 300 for 3 hours or so.

Very nice, I used Bad Byron's years ago a little to salty for me but it was one of the first rubs I started using.
