This is where the pain of sausage making pays off, in my thinking. Fresh (frozen not smoked and no cure) kolbasz, skillet fried with hash browns, salad and avocado. Can't beat it for a quick and delicious feed.

I am not ashamed to say your sausage looks pretty good right now. Nice work!
 
Looks very good. What is in the pan with the sausage in the pic with all 3 pans?
 
Looks great! Sausage, hashbrowns the only thing that could make that combo any better is sausage gravy :-D I really need to start playing around with this sausage making.
