Just have a question about wings for some of you folks that cook a lot of wings. I'm going to need to cook and serve 500 wings, not whole wings, because you get 2 usable wing segments per whole wing, but 250 flats & 250 drumettes. Do they sell the wings already segmented? How many segments to a case? If not, how many whole wings to a case? I shop at Restaurant Depot regularly if you're familiar with their chicken products and can advise me. Thanks!

When I did them in the restaurant setting, it was whole wings. If I was to cater them or vend them they would be separated.

Sams sells frozen segmented wings in 10lb bags for around $20. You can normally figure about 60 pieces per bag, but I have never counted to see if it is an equal number of flats and Drumettes. We have been using these with all good reviews when we have served them.
